Do you accept returns?
We give customers the opportunity to return items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, we ask customers to contact us by email at info@vida-mia.de, stating the order number and address details and stating the reason for the return. After checking, we will inform the customer accordingly and initiate the return process. Please note that certain items, such as hygiene products or personalized items, are excluded from our return policy.

Can I exchange an item?
