Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping outside Germany & within Europe is free for purchases over 50 €.

delivery time

The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-3 working days.

The delivery time outside Germany is approximately 2-7 working days, depending on the country.

The time period is divided into:

1) Processing time (0-1 working days)

After you have placed your order, it will be checked for completeness and accuracy.

2) Delivery (1-2 working days within Germany)

As soon as your order has been approved for shipping, it will be immediately handed over to our shipping service provider and you will receive your tracking number by email.

Extended delivery times (e.g. holidays):

In exceptional cases, such as high order volumes or special occasions such as holidays, delivery times may be extended.
